A group consisting of Teachers and Students from the Department of Islamic Culture Studies at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, visited the Sindh Archives Department, Government of Sindh. They were warmly welcomed by the Director Archives S M Mehdi Shah and his team, who provided comprehensive details about each section of the Archives. The discussion included in-depth information regarding the conservation and digitization of the rare records held by the Sindh Archives. Following the informative presentation, the group was taken on a tour of the various sections, where the in-charges of each section offered detailed briefings about their respective areas. After the visit, the teachers from the Department of Islamic Studies shared their insights and reflections on the Sindh Archives and the significance of this visit.
