Mesut Demir, the Director of State Archives at the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, along with Dr. Nil Baydar, a dedicated researcher, Saliha Tuna, who heads the Manuscript Conservation and Archives Department at the Directorate of the Turkish Institute of Manuscripts, Hâlil İbrahim Başaran, an expert from the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency, and Fatima Aziz, Program Officer at Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency-TİKA, had the privilege of visiting the Sindh Archives Department within the Government of Sindh.

During their visit, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Makhdoom, the Deputy Director, and Mr. Akash Datwani, the Archivist, provided a comprehensive overview of the department's various sections, including the Exhibition Gallery, Conservation Laboratory, Newseum, Stack Area, and I.T Section. The entire delegation was deeply impressed by the organization's operations, particularly its extraordinary commitment to conserving, preserving, and documenting rare and historically significant materials. They expressed their admiration for the dedicated officers and officials at Sindh Archives who are diligently working to safeguard the historical records of Sindh. Additionally, the delegation extended their gratitude to Honorable Minister Dr. Syed Junaid Ali Shah from the Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, and Human Resource Development Department, along with his team, for affording them the opportunity to explore the Sindh Archives.
