A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the M.H. Panhwar Institute of Sindh Studies, Jamshoro, and the Culture, Tourism, Antiquities and Archives Department, Government of Sindh to facilitate the Digitization of Records. Following the signing of the MOU, a meeting was held to discuss the project’s implementation to Director Archives – S M Mehdi Shah and his IT expert Team at Archives Department. As a continuation of this initiative, the digitization process has begun today in the Sindh Archives Department. This effort aims to save records in a digital format, making them accessible to people around the world. By doing so, we not only preserve our rich cultural heritage and history but also promote global awareness and appreciation for the diverse tapestry of Sindh’s traditions and narrative, allowing individuals from all walks of life to engage with and benefit from our in valuable resources.
